Squad Sessions
Tuesday: Run club intervals rotating locations 5:30AM-6:30AM every week.
Thursday: Ride and Brick sessions at Nundah Crit track 5:30AM-6:30AM every week.
Weekends: Community led meet-ups with various routes for each discplines
Open water swims: Frequent coach lead events to practice OWS together
Training Plans
Beginner: for building routine and structured while improving base fitness.
Performance: specific race preparation and targeted personal best events.
