Core 4 Endurance Squad is a registered with Triathlon Australia Club. Brisbane based Triathlon squad offering On-line personalised Coaching and Mentoring as well as Group Sessions through the week for all athletes, coached, club and non club members and social athletes.

Our desire is to grow our community of athletes.
Balancing training and work with family and lifestyle.
Supporting each other to achieve the goals we set out for ourselves.

At C4E we share the enthusiasm for exercise (and coffee).

We train together to create a community of like minded people with a positive experience.

Tuesday and Thursday are organized training sessions, details published on Facebook and Messenger C4E Chat. Saturdays and Sundays are meetup days for Group runs, rides, events and races (And lots of coffee). Join the community chat and get involved.

C4E Coached Athletes are Free to join squad training.
Non Coached – Registered Members to pay Squad fees $60 a month (or $8 a session).

C4E recommend everyone being a member of Triathlon Australia whilst training and racing for health and safety.
Social and Family athletes to register with Triathlon Australia also.
If you are not a member of Triathlon Australia, you can join sessions but at your own risk.

All athletes are welcome!

From Beginners to Age Groupers, Short to Long course, Social and Off-Road Athletes.

Sessions generally run for 60-90 minutes.

PRICING FOR ALL SQUAD SESSIONS

Prepay ONLY. (No Cash otherwise we have to carry it on the run/ride).

Individual Sessions : $8.00 per session

Unlimited Monthly Squad Sessions $60.00 per Month (Subscription can be set up)

Run Sessions

Tuesday / Thursday – We use messenger and Facebook for reminders, times, locations, and cancellations.

Run sessions are a coached session, where the coaches will advise on technique and give general feedback. All start and finish at one place and if your up for a coffee afterwards all the better.

Tuesday: Interval Running is used to improve aerobic compacity and running pace designed for the individuals goals in mind. Training starts at various locations to keep it interesting with different terrain and momentum, so ensure you are on the C4E Training Chat on Messenger to know where to meet.

Bike

Thursday Session – (paused for winter, see facebook for details on running on Thursdays)
We use messenger and Facebook for reminders, times, locations, and cancellations.

Riding sessions are designed to improve confidence and ability on the bike individually and in a group. Also designed for specific race targets in mind throughout the race calendar.

Need some extra assistance book a one on one with our coaches to understand the dos and don’ts on the road. footpath and in a race.

Brick is Bike + Run, set for a Thursday Morning. The goals here is to get you race ready, with easy transition techniques, mounting and dismounting. As well as running at various paces depending on time of season.

Our Coaches

Our coaches are all different, with diverse lives, styles and backgrounds but what is consistent is that all of them are dedicated to improve your overall experience of one or all of the endurance sports. They are committed to finding the right program to suit your needs and inspirational through leading by example. Our coaches are also training for events which means they train with you. This can be great for pacing, encouragement and safety. Join the Squad to get more involved.

How do I change clubs or join multiple clubs? 
You can select a new club during the sign up process or if you are a renewing member, choose ‘Select Club’ from the top right in your profile and add your new club.  Once you have completed this, please contact your old club to have them remove you.
