Kathryn Krosch (Kat) is a Physiotherapist and former professional triathlete, combining advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology with real-world racing experience to deliver highly individualised coaching and rehab-informed training.

She has completed further education in Women’s Health, including return to exercise postnatally, and specialises in running biomechanics for performance optimisation and injury prevention. Kat is currently studying her Master’s in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy, further strengthening her evidence-based approach to athlete care and performance.

In 2021, Kat worked as the rehabilitation physiotherapist for the Queensland Reds, gaining valuable experience in professional sport, high-performance environments, and elite rehabilitation pathways.

Kat also works at The Pedaler in Milton, providing performance-focused bike fits, and now races in elite women’s cycling, competing in the ProVelo Super League.

She has competed at elite age group and professional level, including racing at the Ironman World Championships and ITU Age Group World Championships. She has achieved multiple international and Australian podiums across Ironman and 70.3 racing and continues to race and podium in Elite and Open fields.

As a full-time Physiotherapist, Kat understands the realities of balancing training, work, and life, and applies these principles when coaching athletes to achieve sustainable performance gains.
